At Empowering NICU Parents, we are here to support, educate, and empower NICU parents through the NICU journey and beyond! We have created a Podcast to help educate, inspire, and empower NICU Parents. Nicole has taken her knowledge as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner coupled with her unique experience as a mother of a former 23-weeker to support other NICU parents who are going through the exact same thing! The episodes cover helpful NICU specific medical information, support, and guidance that will help parents to feel more confident. Remember, as parents, you are the most important member of the care team for your baby!

We created a comprehensive NICU Journal, Our NICU Roadmap. Our NICU Journal is an incredible resource for NICU Parents to support, educate, and empower them throughout their baby’s NICU journey. I strongly believe in family-centered care and parents being involved and engaged during their baby’s time in the NICU. The journal equips parents with the tools to help them be empowered with questions to ask along the way as well as a place to work through their feelings during such a difficult time. We want to help parents process, de-stress, and gain control during a time of chaos.
