Our NICU Roadmap is a comprehensive journal that includes everything you have been looking for plus more! It is a detailed Roadmap guided by a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to ease the NICU Journey from admission to discharge.
As a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner and mama of a former 23 weeker, I created this journal bearing in mind all of the important tools that I felt were missing in a NICU journal. Our NICU Roadmap not only allows you to document your baby’s progress in the NICU, but it is also a great resource for parents along the way. We have included tips to get you through each day, a detailed glossary with common terms and abbreviations used in the NICU, and we address common questions parents have regarding their baby and the NICU journey.
Our journal equips parents with the necessary resources so you can become an active and confident member of your baby’s care team. With dedicated space to document your baby’s progress each day including information about your pregnancy, the delivery, your baby’s arrival, NICU information, all of their achievements, but especially their daily lab values, respiratory support, feedings, and the plan of care each day.

NICU Mama and Preemie Mama Hats
